★Automatic oven function: oven is a relatively complex and long time curve heating process, to extend the service life of the IF furnace and reduce production costs, the correct oven building and drying process is essential. The company's innovative automatic oven function can pre-set the time and temperature required for different oven stages according to the oven temperature requirements of different furnace lining refractory materials; according to the PLC pre-set time and temperature values, a key start, automatic matching and stepless regulation of the size of the IF power, control the speed of temperature rise, prevent the furnace lining from cracking, and achieve the purpose of automatic curve oven drying. ★ Anti-penetration alarm function: The working principle of the anti-penetration alarm device is: after the furnace chamber has been used for a certain degree of time, the furnace wall will gradually become thinner, the IF current will change according to the changes in the furnace wall, and after the current change reaches a preset value, it will make an alarm reminder in advance and then automatically cut off the power supply, so as to anticipate the penetration of the furnace and achieve the purpose of safe production.
